On-Location Management Program
Premier National Staffing has developed an excellent reputation for providing human resource solutions to clients utilizing a larger number of employees at their facilities. Our On-Location Management Program provides an On-Location Coordinator at the clients facility to manage the recruiting, screening, and testing which includes criminal and drug testing, orientation, employee evaluations, time and attendance, payroll and all aspects of on boarding and off boarding employees. Our On-Location Coordinators will work with the facility plant manager or HR manager to determine the on-going staffing needs so appropriate pre-qualified candidates are available to meet your production needs.

Mobile Recruiting
In addition to traditional recruiting methods, Premier National Staffing may also utilize a mobile recruiting vehicle. We can arrange a mobile recruitment vehicle to come to your business location to recruit on the spot or to other prime locations in your geographic area to generate a pool of applicants for your open job positions.

Employee Assessments
Our hiring model employs multiple levels of screening structured to find the best candidates in the quickest possible manner. Once a candidate has been identified who has been determined to be qualified for the position and is a match with the requirements of the assignment and the dimensions of the customer culture, a tentative offer of employment will be made, subject to our background screening process.

Job seekers can expect to have to meet the following requirements from employers to be considered a good candidate for hire. The screening process may include in-depth interviews, a comprehensive background investigation, drug/alcohol testing and as outlined, depending on the job position.

Hiring Critera
All Candidate that apply for a position are pre-screened to ensure minimum standards are met:
  • Minimum age criteria
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Possesses High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Stable work history
  • Acceptable background to meet client requirements
  • Communication and transportation are available
  • Customer service orientation
  • Background check is completed
  • Employment reference check
  • Criminal history performed using state resources
  • Social Security number verified
  • Drug testing completed
  • Education verified
  • Communication skills – written, verbal and non-verbal
  • Meets client culture requirements based on employee profile
  • Candidate completes comprehensive application and is interviewed by a Recruiting Manager.
Interview and Testing
Candidate is interviewed by the Recruiter or Account Manager and visits the proposed job site. Additional job-matching is performed:
  • Customer culture and work environment reviewed
  • Employee profile/customer culture match determined
  • Account Manager expectations are established
  • Candidates views on the position are explored
  • Candidate is approved or disapproved by the manager
Candidate is scheduled for training, orientation, and on- the-job training where required.

Job Training
At Premier National Staffing we recognize the importance of having new employees go through a comprehensive orientation program to ensure employees are fully trained before they begin their new work assignment. All aspects of the job position are reviewed and the orientation program can last from several hours to up to three days depending on the client’s requirements. During orientation employees may be provided with on-the-job training to ensure employees are trained on the proper use and safety of equipment. Where applicable the On-the-Job Training Program includes site orientation, site-specific functions and duties, proper use of machinery or equipment, personal safety equipment and emergency procedures. Employees will be instructed on the proper work attire required for the job position and any other requirements specific to the client.

Field Supervision
Your Account Manager or On-Site Coordinator will conduct reviews of employees to provide feedback on work performance. He/she will determine if the employee is fully knowledgeable of the duties of their respective position, is properly performing the duties, is meeting the appropriate appearance, grooming, required work attire and is properly using any personal safety equipment required for the job position.
